Copier Systems’ Golf Day Raises Funds for Bansley Hospice

The Copier Systems Golf Day 2015 is another great success, with our friends and local businessmen enjoying drinks and chat mixed with a round of golf.
The Golf Day is in aid of Barnsley Hospice and all donations that are gratefully received on the day go towards this great and worthy charity and one which we are very proud to support.
On receipt of our donation, we were delighted to see the following statement from Brian Curran at the Hospice:

“Barnsley Hospice is grateful to Copier Systems, and their customers, for raising £810 at their Golf Day. The money will enable the hospice to care for local people, living with cancer and other life limiting conditions as well as supporting families and friends. Caring services are offered in the day hospice,In-Patient Unit and Complementary Therapy Out Patient Unit. They offer support to relatives who have loved ones, including The Starlight Club, a group for bereaved children.

Brian Curran, the hospice’s Corporate & Partnerships Fundraiser said,” The Hospice has to raise £2million out of the £3.6million running costs every year. The hospice wouldn’t be able to continue its work if it wasn’t for support from companies like Copier Systems”.
