"Copier Systems' charges us much less than our existing supplier, saving us in excess of £500 per year. When the new machine arrived the engineers were great, making sure everything was working before they left. Our copier is used as a printer for 9 PC's. Copiers Systems have been really helpful, and Steve even gave me template letters to send to our existing supplier. We paid off the remainder of the lease to our existing lease company, invoiced Copier Systems for the same and they repaid us in less than a week. "I have been delighted with the service that we have received by Copier Systems, starting with the Sales, the installation and aftercare. As a school we are ever mindful of balancing the needs of the school with the constraints of the budget. Copier systems, was very professional in listening to what we wanted as a school and how we could achieve this and save money. The installation of the machines was seamless too, linking with the schools IT team and including training for staff. This ensured that as the technician left the school, staff could confidently use the machine. In addition to the financial savings in the outlay, we are also seeing reductions in the running costs. With improved monitoring facilities, we have been able to reduce the amount of copying and printing taking place in school, impacting also on the cost of paper.
Aftercare has proved to be very supportive. Any minor concerns have been addressed efficiently and the waiting time is much quicker than with other companies we have previously used. "When Mark first visited our office, he was highly professional, open, honest, helpful and listened to all of our needs with regards to what printer we needed for a growing business. Mark helped us choose the printer that would meet all of our specifications and be able to ‘grow with us’ so to speak. We really appreciated that he was open and honest with regards to additional costs, such as administration. A previous experience with an alternate company actually stopped us choosing them, as right at the last minute they informed us of costs that we were not aware not of.
Once we had chosen the printer, the rest was really fast (which was brilliant!), our printer was installed in under a week. Mark even helped organise a meeting with Darren (a HBP IT technician) to come and meet us to give us guidance on a server, which we have been looking at for a while. Darren was also fantastic offering us advice on how we can move forward and make processes easier.
Once the printer had been delivered, Mark had also then organised for a gentleman named Michael to come in and help set it up wirelessly to all of our computers. Michael spent a good couple of hours explaining to us how to use the printer, which was absolutely brilliant…as what is the point in having a brilliant piece of equipment if we don’t use it to its full potential! Mark then phoned to make sure that we were happy with the installation and let us know that if we ever need help with anything, to just ring him. We are so glad that we picked Copier Systems, we feel fully supported and happy to be working with a great company…and Mark!"
