Robert Eastwood appointed Service Director

Copier Systems Limited (CSL), are delighted to announce the promotion of Robert Eastwood to Service Director from Service Manager. Robert joined the company in 2007 and has worked within various roles in the service department before being appointed Service Manager in 2016. In the last 6 years, CSL have seen their customer base double, strengthened their position in the north while moving into new areas across the country, all while maintaining and improving on service levels.

Managing Director Ryan Eastwood said, “I’m delighted to make this appointment, not only has Rob been integral in the growth and success to date, but we have also had to navigate through Brexit, Covid and the recent global shortage of microchips. In a service industry this has made things very difficult, but Rob has managed this expertly while also implementing various new policies and software applications to improve the business, but more importantly the customer experience. Congratulations Rob on this well-deserved appointment.”

Robert will be integral to the growth strategy going forward working with key suppliers, Develop, Epson, Canon and Papercut.
