Telesales Manager

This is a great opportunity to join a growing, well established and successful business to grow and progress your career. Specialising in managed print solutions, Copier Systems are looking for an experienced B2B telesales consultants who wants to take their career to the next step and assist in the growth and management of the telesales team.

All businesses generate print or rely on document solutions, our offerings provide a streamline and cost-effective solution. With a 25-year history, supporting over 1,000 clients throughout the UK with various sites, we are reputable and leading company within our industry, working with worldwide brands such as Epson, Canon and Konica Develop.

Primarily, you are tasked with setting appointments for our experienced sales team to introduce and provide a tailored solution to these clients. You will be rewarded for each opportunity closed and will work closely with the business development team in understanding the role and our offering.

You will also then build and run the telesales team using our proven formula. You will receive commission on the profitability of your sales team.

Full training on the industry and relevant management training will be provided as well as full support from the existing management teams.

The Skills

  • Ability to demonstrate at least 2 years success in a business-to-business telesales role
  • Confident can-do attitude with personal goals and ambition
  • Ability to manage, motivate and relate to your telesales team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excels in a fast-paced high activity environment

Business Development Manager

Target driven you will take responsibility for selling a range of Multifunction Devices, document management & workflow solutions to both existing and new business end-user customers. You will be based between our Barnsley and Scunthorpe office, working in the Doncaster and DN postcode ranges.

The Candidate

The successful applicant will come from a sales background and key attributes that have proven essential in recruiting for this role are: Experience of b2b MPS sales – e.g. Copier Solutions/Managed Print/Document Management

  • Minimum 1 years experience of selling MPS, Copier and Print Solutions
  • Determined & Resilient
  • Motivated, Ambitious & Driven
  • Excellent communicator.

Photocopier/Field Service Engineer

Committed to ongoing development and success, we are a leading managed print/ photocopier provider looking for a Photocopier/Field Service Engineer. Due to rapid growth plans the company is currently seeking an applicant with history of repair and service of photocopier and print related solutions.

The Job

To service and repair the latest range of Develop, Epson and Canon office equipment working to set response times and first time fix rates and keeping up to date with the latest releases with ongoing training and support. The role will be based out of our Barnsley office.

The Candidate

The successful applicant will come from a service background and key attributes that have proven essential in recruiting for this role are:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience servicing MPS, Copiers and Print Solutions
  • Experience working on Konica, Develop, Epson or Canon equipment is advantages but not essential
  • Experience with associated software solutions and networking of devices
  • Full UK Driving license
