We’re delighted to announce the return of Chris Webster to CSL as our newly appointed Operations Manager.
Chris rejoins us after spending the past couple of years with Asda, where he worked within their corporate operations team. During his time there, he gained valuable experience operating at scale, further developing his expertise in process optimisation, efficiency and service delivery.
Chris is no stranger to CSL. In his previous role with us, he was instrumental in designing and implementing a number of key operational processes — many of which we continue to use with great success today. His structured, forward-thinking approach has already had a lasting impact on the way we operate.

Why did Chris choose to return to CSL?
